Summer Rates: $160 a night for 2 people, extra people are $25 per person per night.
Fall and Spring Rates: $150 a night for 2 people. Fall rates Sep. 2nd to Oct 31st. (may close earlier depending on weather) Spring rates April 30th to June 5th
Winter Rates: Clossed
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $35.
Guests must be 21 and over and will be required to sign a release of liability upon check-in.
Full breakfast is available at Out ‘n’ About Treehouse Treesort for an additional $15 dollars per person, per day.
The USS Mary Jane is one of the most unique treehouses in the world because it is in fact a sail boat that is suspended 35 feet in the trees. Sailing the trees of seas it is like being on the ocean. Imagine the calming affects of swaying up in the trees as you are rocked to sleep(this treehouse sways like you on the ocean.) Mini fridge, coffe pot and toster oven are in the boat. The bathroom is 100ft away with water.
This is a cannabis friendly treehouse rental. All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to stay. This rental comes with some complimentary cannabis.
