Summer Rates: $300 a night for 2 people, extra people are $25 per person per night.
Fall and Spring Rates: $250 a night for 2 people, extra people are $25 per person per night. Fall rates Sep. 2nd to Oct 31st. Spring rates Mar. 10th to June 5th
Winter Rates: $225 a night for 2 people. extra people are $25 per person per night. Winter rates Nov 1st to Mar 10th .
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $35.
Guests must be 21 and over and will be required to sign a release of liability upon check-in.
Full breakfast is available at Out ‘n’ About Treehouse Treesort for an additional $15 dollars per person, per day. Breakfast is NOT offered during the Winter Season.
TokinTree and sits about 35 feet off of the ground. It is accessed by climbing one and a half flights of stairs and crossing one suspension bridge. On the main level of the treehouse there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and mini refrigerator, a full bathroom and a couch that can be turned into a queen bed. There is also a sleeping loft area with a queen bed that is accessed by a ship’s ladder. We provide fresh ground coffee and locally grown munchies inducing flowers. No drones allowed.
This is a cannabis friendly treehouse rental. All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to stay. This rental comes with some complimentary cannabis.
